We were selling our place and had an inspection. Our 40 year old tank was still functioning but failed the inspection, which was not a surprise. Scott and Kelly helped us with all the paperwork and permits required by the county. The new tank and drain field were installed and we got the green tag from the county. We were very happy with them and would highly recommend Alpha Septic. They were a pleasure to work with!

This crew was exceptional. They had some unforseen hiccups while installing the septic that wasn't their fault. No matter what arose though they quickly adapted and helped complete the job. A few of our trees had to be taken down in order for all the install. They not only listened to my wife and I's concerns, but the crew even helped be transplant a large weeping willow for us with a tractor, and then wrapped and set aside a couple fruit trees for me. Scott (the owner) really knows what he is doing, is extremely approachable and they all went WAY above and beyond. In my opinion don't even look

Called in a panic as we had my family here visiting from out of town and then water starts coming up in the shower and toilets!!! Had called around other places but everyone was too busy...they were busy here too but were kind enough to work us in a couple hours later that same day! Tyler came out and got right to work, it was a lot of digging and finding the problem...the filter that was full...he was so helpful and did such a great job can't say enough good things about him and the company, which he said is a family business. Don't hesitate to call them for help with your septic

Great company to work with! I have been using their services for almost two years now and very satisfied. It's a great family business and I prefer to support small local businesses over the large chains. I have talked with Michelle in the office and she is always pleasant and friendly and Scott and Tyler have been to my house to service my septic system. Both are very friendly and down to earth. I'm currently in the process of acquiring a home in the Corrales area that has been vacant for over two years... its been a little scary to be right honest. One of the biggest anxieties was whether or not the septic was in good standing. Had Scott out to take a look at the system. Super courteous and kind dude! Couldn't have been more pleased with the way He and Kelly accommodated my concerns. I will not call anyone else.
