I contacted this company based upon their positive yelp reviews. I contacted the company to schedule a quote to inquire about a door i need it for my home. I did them and came out was very friendly and nice gave me several different options let me know that he would get back to me within two or three days to provide me with an accurate price once he was able to contact the door vendors.

Recently this company replied to my review from four years ago. To whom wrote the reply, you have mistaken me for another dissatisfied customer. I am the contractor who brought you a drawing of my door and you reversed the hinges and ordered the wrong doors, then refused to take responsibility for your mistake. I am sure your father would be proud of you.

Steve did a great job at adjusting our front wooden door. The door had settled since it had been installed 20 years ago causing the latch to no longer go into the strike plate on the door frame. Steve moved the door strike plate and dead bolt strike plate down about a third of an inch which fixed the problem. Now door works flawlessly!

We just got done working with Steve on our closet doors for our nursery and what can I say! He did an amazing job from start to finish! He was very thorough in his work and his measurements. He knew exactly what I wanted and gave us different options and explained exactly what he will be doing. We will be using this company again for our next room!

I am very happy with the work Steve did. He always came on time and was very thorough. He even made an adjust on a door that stuck down the hall for no charge. Called once a month or so ago to get an estimate on front door replacement and never heard back. The work got put on the back burner for awhile since we have had a lot to do just moving into our new home but now we are ready to get it done so I called again. No answer, left message and call back number. Still no response. Even if you are too busy it would be nice to have a call back saying so but whatever.

I really appreciate someone who is helpful and knows what they are doing and that's the service that I received from Moore's A-1 Door! The installation was performed quickly, on the date requested and the outcome was perfect. It was only a screen door installation, but it is the first thing that guests see and I appreciate that it was done properly.

Called and left a message. Steve called me back that day. I told him I had already a door estimate that would make thing easier for a estimate. The estimate I had was for a exterior door which they are dealers for. I texted the estimate to him and he said he would call me back. No call back. Week goes by still no call back. I called the main number left a message and still no call back. If your busy and don't want my business then just let me know.

It has been awhile since we have needed Moore's doors as they have replaced almost every door, inside and out over the years. Our front door and sidelights transformed our house.
But I need to tell everyone about inside doors. You can take your inside doors to Moore's Doors, choose new ones, and they will measure, and put on the hardware perfectly so that you can just take the new doors home and hang on the old hinges.

Steve & Rich replaced our front and side doors last week. Beyond everything else, they are good people who do exactly what they promise to do.
The front door took a little while to get in stock because it was a custom oversized order. The entire process went exactly as Steve said it would and the final install was fast, neat and tidy. The finish on the custom door is perfect. We had a small issue with the lock on the front door so we called Steve on Friday afternoon and Rich came out on Saturday lunchtime and swapped out the defective part. Its almost impossible to get service like that anywhere

Steve and Rich are good people with integrity. My new neighbor recommended them from remodeling her previous home in Alamo. They did an excellent job with my entry door. Steve will always get back to you and go above and beyond in his service. They do get back logged in busy season so give them a extra grace period to get back to you, but they always come through. Very pleased customer and look forward to doing more business with them for my next project.
