Appliance service plus called me back, after my initial inquiry, within a couple hours, and came out the following day. Steve explained everything wrong and fixed our dryer. He was timely, professional, and an all around nice guy and I would recommend their service to anyone!

They weren't able to fix my washer because the part is no longer being made but he was helpful and I appreciated his honesty. Service call charge was reasonable. Would have given 5 stars but he didn't call to tell me he was running late until 45 minutes after the timeframe he was supposed to arrive.

I recently had Appliance Service Plus out to diagnose my refrigerator, and in the past they've repaired my oven, dishwasher, and dryer. Without fail, they came out quickly and did quality work at a good price. I value Paul and his team's experience, honesty, and fairness. They are the only place I call whenever I need an appliance repaired.

I called this morning and left a message. I promptly received a return call from Paul and stated he could have someone come out in about an hour and a half. The technician, Donnie was courteous and repaired the heating element in our dryer very quickly. We were quite satisfied with the work and how quickly they could come out. I would not hesitate to call them for repairs again. It is not always easy to find good repairmen.

Outstanding service! I tried calling another service repair company left several messages with no return phone call, even ran into one of their techs and explained my issue was told to call the office in 15 minutes and he would set me up with an appointment..I called and guess what..no answer. Thankfully I called Appliance Service Plus and Paul called me back the next morning and came out and fixed my washer by Monday...he came when he said he would and was very professional.
