Jeff was wonderful. He was patient, thorough, and very professional. He was also very kind and had a good sense of humor! He knew exactly what was wrong with the oven within minutes. Unfortunately the parts for the range were no longer available (oven was discontinued in the 90s). Despite this, Jeff was wonderful and I would use this company again if needed, trusting they would know what to do if I had an appliance problem.

I called to have work done and was thrilled due to the ratings. Well 1 of the problems that I called about was fixed. I was quoted 1 price but charged $20 extra when it was do e which that's not a huge issue. My issue is when I called a week later to say that I was still having one of the same problems I was having prior, no one reached back out to schedule or even ak pledged my message for that matter.

This is the best place! Reliable, professional, courteous and informative service. No rip-offs -- fair and honest. The dryer works AND I know why it stopped and how to mitigate the risk of a reoccurrence of that problem. I checked out several repair places and opted on this one because of the great reviews and the process. Other providers had a two or three step process that seemed like a lot of monkeying around and jacking up the price. I give this place 10 stars; I HIGHLY recommend it. Did I mention the repairman cleaned and shortened the vent hose for better functioning at no extra charge?

Service was punctual and professional. Technician Jason arrived right on time and took care of my repair quickly and accurately. Great attitude and work ethic. His diagnosis was accurate and he took care of my issue quickly and the fees were very reasonable for the work. Will definitely use this company again for any appliance tepair.
