Don't waste your time dialing this number! Apparently their are no techs to repair appliances even though, allegedly, it's the business they're in. They just kept repeating they have no techs to service my refrigerator. I asked today or forever because I didn't have to have a same day appointment. They just kept repeating " We don't Have a tech to service your refrigerator at this time". If I didn't know I was talking to a live person I'd think it was a recording that she just kept saying it. Move on not worth the aggravation! Wish there was a no star option!
