After seeing so many great reviews for DRP Appliance Repair, I decided to call him to have him take a look at my refrigerator that had stopped running. Dave called me back within a few hours, diagnosed the problem over the phone, and gave me instructions for how to easily repair it myself. He could have easily come out to take a look at it and charged me for a service call, but instead gave me the information I needed for free - that is integrity! I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need appliance repair!

Dave was great. Returned my call within a few hours. Set up an appointment for the following week but when I told him I was on vacation and he was nearby he stopped by and was able to fix problem in less than 30 minutes! This should be your first call if you have appliance problems.

I feel fortunate that I found DRP appliance. Dave is not only good at what he does but he is also a good and honest man.
I had a problem with my broiler, Dave showed me were it was obviously burnt out and was upfront with everything. A week later my dishwasher had a leak, Dave talked me through a couple simple thing that I could do myself right over the phone to see if it would remedy the problem. Wouldn't you know it, problem solved. No service call, no charge. How many repairman do that? Hopefully I won't need anything repaired again anytime soon but if I do I know who I'm going to call from
