I have an older refrigerator, that is also a unique size, and the ice maker inside the freezer stopped working. But instead of having to buy a new refrigerator, Phil completely fixed it! He was on time, very friendly, explained everything, and even had the new part it required. I am so glad I found him, and hope he never retires! :)

Came when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem and was able to make a temporary repair while he ordered a new part. Called promptly when the part came in to schedule the repair. Excellent service and reasonable rates!

Just as most of reviews indicate, prompt service, truth in what he says he will do and value in service provided. I had a dryer(10 yrs old) that needed a new element. 2 yrs ago I asked another repairman to check it out. That person overheated the element by jumping the fuse and let a lot voltage into element causing it to burn up. Longer story but on this past Thursday with a new element already in place, Doyle's completed the repair within the time he indicated he would and only replaced the parts that needed repair at a cost below what was estimated. Since dryer was unused for 2 yrs he also removed

I called to schedule a repair for my Samsung Washing Machine, along with 3-4 other people as well. Phil got back to me, and told me that he was booked until the following week. However he took the time to help me talk about my issue and gave me some pointers as what I could do to try to fix it. He even recommended both checking online to see if I could find anything myself that might fix it, as well as, looking to see if there were an wires that were loose or disconnected, and that there were "only two quick screws in the back of the unit" and the top would come right off for me to look. My washer was turning on but not spinning or draining. He came out and fixed it took less than an hour to fix wore a mask the whole time. Even put up with my obnoxious excited husky all over him. The price is super fair and he was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend/book again.

Phil is a first-class professional and man of his word. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our Amana gas oven and completed the repair efficiently despite discovering the replacement unit contained a different connector than the original. He accomplished the "work around" solution in relatively short order and declined to charge us for the extra time that required beyond his original estimate. Terrific service at a fair price, enabling us to enjoy our excellent oven for many more years. Super nice guy and easy to work with. Definitely earned our highest recommendation.

I had Phil out recently for 3 separate appliance issues. He was prompt and took care of everything in an hour. He's super affable and makes you feel at ease immediately. I never have issues with the fee charged, he's very fair! I have called him several times over the years & will not consider using anyone else for future appliance repairs. Bonus points - he went out of his way to say Hi to my cat :o)
