Green Horizon Landscaping, Inc. has been shaping landscape dreams in the Conejo Valley since 1987. We take pride in providing for every detail "From Creation to Completion". Owner and President, Glenn Thompson, was raised on a family-owned nursery in Simi Valley. He launched his own gardening and maintenance company in 1984.
Quickly developing an aptitude for seeing a yard and having the vision for its transformation, he moved into the "creation" part of the business in 1987. The lion's share of our business comes from repeat business and client referrals. Glenn was raised on the principle that you can do things quick and shoddy, or you can do it "right".
It has always been Glenn's passion to explain the options thoroughly to help his clients understand the value of doing it "right" the first time. Glenn has been a member of the California Landscape Contractors Association since early 1990. A multi-year recipient of awards for "Landscape Design and Build" projects that range from newly constructed homes to partial or complete renovation.

We have had the privilege of serving homeowners throughout Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, and Simi Valley since 1986. Our most primary goal has always been integrity, in every step "From Creation to Completion". We find ourselves at the end of a chapter in our lives and will be moving out of state for our retirement chapter.

Glenn and his team are amazing. From conception until the very last plant was placed, they were on-sight, communicative, thorough, and professional. The final product looks amazing and their stamped concrete work is second to none.. truly beautiful work.
It’s been 8 months since job completion and I still hear about Glenn stopping by to make sure everything is in good shape - above and beyond our expectations to say the least.

This was our first experience with a professional landscaper and we couldn’t be happier! Glenn and his crew were great to work with. Glenn was able to combine his expertise, knowledge and talent with our special plant variety request and make it all work out beautifully. We applaud Glenn’s “old school” way of thinking....do the work properly and be there to back it up. We met with Glenn, the owner of Green Horizon Landscaping after reading many positive reviews and instantly knew we wanted him to redesign our entire yard. He removed trees, lawn, plants and a large water fountain that was taking up too much room in our yard. His design included very high quality artificial turf, beautiful low maintenance plants, golden rocks in the beds instead of mulch and a drip irrigation system. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We love sitting in the backyard enjoying the beautiful landscaping and it’s a joy to see our lovely front yard every time we come home
