Company fixed dryer for price of new dryer. 4 months later dryer electrical not working. Mail box full. Plant city phone numbers disconnected. No way to reach for return before warranty expires. Not dependable. No future use or referral

Our clothes dryer stopped producing heat. Contacted A-1 appliance. The fellow I spoke with said hr could be there that afternoon or the next. I chose the next. Gary and his son Gary identified the problems with our clothes dryer and worked continuously until the repairs were made. They also cleaned the inside of the dryer as well as the vent.I would use their services again and recommend them to others

BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! They come out to look at the appliance and just guess what might be wrong , they dont even have the proper testing devices that they should,then they charge you 85.00 to guess what the problem was. Wait it gets better THEN they give you 30 day warranty and when you call them back because the issue isn't fix they dont answer your calls anymore and then you call them from a different number and they answer then they schedule an appointment to go check it out AND THEY NEVER SHOW UP!!! REALLY BAD BUSINESS...I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OUT HERE ROBBING PEOPLE'S HARD
