Mike is truly awesome. Our dryer light switch broke and we needed it fixed ASAP because we couldn’t get the system to turn on while we had wet clothes inside. I googled appliance companies and called around and was impressed with Mike’s reviews. He was the only one who was able to fit us in last minute for the same day I called. He resolved the issue which ended up being a quick fix and was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike!

Mike was clean and professional he was able to fix my refrigerator and let me know if the freezer was fixable as well. He gave me updates on parts and how long it would take for him to receive it. The part that was not fixable he refunded my money and he hand-delivered the refund check. Thank you so much for fixing my refrigerator and being honest.

Called in for an appointment and the repairman seemed like he genuinely cared about my issue. My dishwasher isn’t draining, so he’s on the phone with me troubleshooting, trying to resolve the issue, explaining to me why it might not be draining. I’m going by his advice and if it doesn’t work give him a call back.
