Services
We hold an active painting contractor license with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). There is no deposit required or any payment(s) due during the duration of the project. We collect 100% of the payment at the end of each project and after a walk through has been completed with the client.
Roman, what a lifesaver! He is professional, courteous and on top of things I wasn't even aware needed attention! His crew is happy and did great, CLEAN work. Even though the rain delayed us for a couple weeks the wait was worth it and I must mention the crew washed my windows after they removed the plastic sheeting!

Roman returned my call promptly and was able to come to site quickly to provide a quote.
I was lucky that there was a gap in the schedule due to rain and my room was completed very soon after.
Roman's team were on time and careful with the repairs required and the painting. I felt reassured by Roman's instructions to staff and his inspection of the job whilst underway and when complete.
I appreciated their advice, communication and follow up. I am very pleased with the result.

I can't say enough about the quality of service Premier Painting provides. We have had several contractors throughout the years, but this company goes far and beyond anything we have experienced before. I called Roman a few months ago after searching for painters to redo the interior and exterior of my home. Roman, showed up conducted a walk thru and provided the estimate as he said he would. I was slow to accept the offer only because I was slow. He was not pushy nor was he blowing me up every day. I accepted the offer on my terms after shopping around. He was not the lowest but the one I felt most confident with. HE DID NOT LET ME DOWN. His team came in on time all the time. The worked HARD all day. We recently worked with Roman and his team to paint our new house. It was a complete renovation job, coupled with a tight schedule. Not only were they competitively priced, but there work was truly excellent. The team were professional, friendly and their attention to detail and customer service was excellent. Having done many renovations in the past it is hard to find contractors that really care about the quality of their work. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result was incredible. Recently we had Roman & his crew paint our home exterior & our large perimeter fence. We actually had him do an estimate almost a year ago, then we got busy with some other things & the painting priority got sidelined. This summer though, we contacted Roman again, he came out, did a walk through & gave us a bid. We needed to re-do our fascia wood & do new gutters along with the new paint. We coordinated with the fascia guy, he did his thing, then Roman did his thing & afterward, the gutter guys did their thing. In the end everything turned out great. Roman's crew were

We recently purchased a home in San Clemente and given the time constraint of trying to have the whole house painted including having railings sprayed was going to be a task. Roman provided a fair bid for our exterior, then threw in painting our arbor for free as a bonus. He followed up with his crew (Miguel and Jose) on a daily basis to make sure that the work was being done correctly. The results matched our expectations and they finished the job ahead of schedule. Premier Painting worked out great. Roman and crew not only provided a perfect paint job to the exterior of our house, they were meticulous in their approach from start to finish. I had two neighbors ask for their contact info based solely on watching them tape and prepare the job and the cleanup done at the end of each day. They treated my home as their own and I really can't ask for more than that.

Everything worked out as we wished. Roman, the owner of the family business, explained everything at the initial meeting that would be done. We agreed on a price.
On one window [of 6], a tiny line of paint had to be used to straighten the line of paint so only one color showed. Everything else :excellent.We especially love our "new" front door.
At the conclusion, Roman stated the final fee. It was less than the agreed upon amount.

From the very start of getting the quote .. Premier painting exceeded my expectations . They are quick with the response and very professional .
The crew was punctual everyday and the attention to detail of their work was impressive . Very clean lines . We had a plumbing issue and had another painter in prior to Premier and I wish they had also done the master bedroom job .
I'll call them again when I need more painting done .

Roman, the owner, and his team recently finished painting the entire exterior of my home and they did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Roman was extremely responsive from the first time I contacted him for a bid to the day they finished, and he was always available to answer any questions I had.
