The company was founded by Keith Van Dyke, who is involved in every step of the building and design of the home of your dreams, commercial space, and home remodel. Keith graduated with a degree in computer-aided drafting and design, has worked for an architectural firm and in the drafting/design engineering field.
His construction background started in the commercial construction industry as an estimator and project manager. He extended to the residential field and worked as an estimator, superintendent and project manager, before starting his own company, Riverwoods Construction & Design. With over 20 years of education, experience and a passion for building and design, Keith is a very detail oriented and hands-on builder.
You will find him on the job site, directing, scheduling, working directly with the subcontractors and doing whatever it takes to make your dream a reality. Casey joined our team in June of 2019 as a Project Manager. Casey has always had a drive and passion for design and hard work ethic.

We bought a lot in Tuhaye in Kamus, Utah, and Riverwood Construction was recommended to us by our realtor to build our house.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Riverwood Construction. Keith Van Dyke was always available. He would alert us to issues and offer helpful alternatives. He was on top of all expenses and could clearly explain all expenditures.
The subs that Riverwood Construction used were amazing. All were quality people and truly cared about their jobs.

I have used Riverwoods for several projects at my house including a large scale home remodel, master bath remodel, and large deck and landscaping projects over several years. Their work is excellent, and Keith and Casey are great to work with. They are very responsive and proactive when it comes to project management with a great attention to detail. Anytime something came up on any of my projects, they were quick to communicate it with me and the implications. They do what they say they are going to do, on time, and on budget. In February 2018, on a referral, we contacted Keith to discuss plans to build our new home. After several meetings with him, and even meeting with a couple of other contractors, we decided that we trusted Keith, loved his input and ideas and wanted to work with him and have him build our dream home.
On July 9th, 2018 Keith started the build. We lived right up the road so we were able to watch, and actually enjoy, the progression on a daily basis.
