Darrin started out in construction at the early age of eleven, working along side his dad doing drywall in Park City. Using his skill-set, he started his own drywall company, DL Drywall, LLC. And that is where he originally met Doug. During this time, he invented a drywall machine and had to design the mechanical components to operate it.
In order to do this, he had to learn to draw in 3D scale. He soon fell in love with the design process and started focusing more on residential 3D models designs. He then started DreamsRendered, LLC on the side and worked with several general contractors in Park City doing 3D rendering for new construction and renovations.
Soon after he and Doug decided they would partner up full time, where they would start designing and renovating homes around Park City, Utah. Jenn (formally Jenn Murray) started her career in Construction Management in 2006, after leaving a successful eight (8) year property management career.

Our service is essential for trouble shooting design issues of a new home or remodel / renovation. Some clients use our 3D Model service for specific areas of their home however we can also create a 3D Model of the entire home and create renderings of any area at request. Our Architectural Rendering service is the key to bridging the gap between everyone involved.

We had a major basement remodel after our pipes backed sewage into the house and the floor had to be jackhammered up to repair it. Jenn and Darren not only came up with a bright and pleasant design for the remodel that we loved, they also managed the project from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail. We only had to mention a small detail that bothered us and they would find a way to help. They organized all the contractors and were always present to let them in and supervise the work whether it was a regular workday, weekend, or late hours in the evening. They did work on

LGD Construction is a very organized and structured company to work for. The job I did for them in Park City was much easier, cleaner and more organized than most General Contractors I've worked for in the area, especially in the remodel world. It was a joy to work for the and I hope to get more of their work down the road.

In the fall of 2017, we contracted with LGD Construction to remodel a newly purchased house in Park City, UT. Some friends recommended LGD and were we glad they did. It was our first remodel, but from the beginning, LGD owners Darrin and Jenn engaged us directly and transparently. They helped us establish a budget and stuck to it. They had great design ideas and were very creative as the project evolved. We were living in California and their website (which included pictures) was informative and reassuring. Darrin was on site every day - six days a week.
