We had them install carpet on our steps, and we LOVE the carpet and the installation. It was a complicated stripe pattern that had to be exactly lined up on 17 steps. They were very helpful, and had many different carpets to choose from. They scheduled us in right away. They even told us how to take care of the carpet since it is a wool, you can't use a regular vacuum on it. Thank you Miller Flooring!

I called to inquire about a position for a friend and their receptionist hung up on me. It was not a mistake and it was very poor form.
While they may not be hiring, I am a home owner living in the area and I am getting married this summer. We have a home expansion planned and a wood floor might be a part of that expansion. That a staff member would hang up on me for any reason leaves a bad taste in my mouth and reflects poorly on their company.

Sometimes these people let the phone go unanswered for days. Sometimes a frightened old woman answers. She's easily confused, so good luck getting a bid on a floor installation. They're local though, so I really kept at it until I was able to make an appointment for a floor measure. The wife of the owner finally arranged a time and date. She claimed her elderly husband would bring out some hardwood samples as well, but when the day came, no one ever showed up. Perhaps they died.
