Great experience at Van Horn. Tom was very professional and answered every question we had about the used Jeep Cherokee we purchased from them. Purchase was for the agency I work at. Felt the salesman was friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could be. Due to our non profit status we require a specific license plate. This was expressed at the beginning of the process. During the final stage of the sale, there didn’t seem an interest to assist with this. This has not been an issue with any other dealership we have bought vehicles from.
