Cory is an excellent contractor in charge of his own company which is an excellent company ..we have nothing but praise for all the work that he has done for us and he has done a lot. When he works on your home he treats it like his own home and does an excellent job.Any problems we have are addressed Immediately. We have come to think of Cory as a friend who happens to be a contractor.

I can not say enough good things about the quality of the workmanship of Gilmer Home Improvements. From start to finish Corey and his team were great to work with. They cleaned up every day and it was no easy task as the demo was a beast. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of the master bathroom and can’t wait for our second bathroom to be done! Corey and Joe remodeled 2 bathrooms at my home. I could not have hired a better contractor to complete these projects. They were meticulous with everything they did. They were very neat and considerate of my home. The bathrooms turned out beautifully. I am sure I will use Gilmer 's Home Improvements for more projects around my home.

We have had our kitchen completely gutted and redone with Gilmers Home Improvement and also our main bathroom with new walk in shower. Corey was onsite himself and made sure all work was what was agreed upon. He arranged scheduling of deliveries and even set up a temp kitchen for my son who was staying home while the rest of us left for vacation during the remodel. Customer service is excellant and I would not hesitate to reccommend him.

We used Cory from Gilmer's Home Improvements to do some work at our apartments, he built a new outside staircase, also updated some lighting for one of our units and then a new door and frame for a garage we have.
The craftsman ship was great and it was all done in a timely manor.

We had hoped to hear back from this guy about some estimates but we never did. While he was here he made some comments that I did not appreciate and assumed we wanted cheap parts because he made a comment about not being a Heeby’s guy. Not sure why he thought I wanted parts from there because I NEVER mentioned it. His attitude was arrogant. I was not going to write this review but I have attempted to email this guy, called and left messages, and have also texted him. I have my assumptions as to why some comments were made and why he refuses to make the littlest effort to return my calls but I

Corey was highly responsive, had great advice and ideas, and kept very tightly to his proposed schedule and estimate. We are exceedingly happy with our newly finished basement!
