I have used Mike for many years. He is the coolest, friendliest, and most honest person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is quick efficient and explains everything as he works. Truly a pleasure to watch a Master do his thing. He comes up with a plan to making repairs, advised of things that were functional but not perfect, (so you know but doesn't waste your money either) Grateful to have found him years ago and never stops impressing me thank you Mike

I recently moved to Mesa from Chicago. The Whirlpool washer that came with the home was filling up but not agitating. I found East Valley Super Techs' website and read good reviews about the company so I scheduled an appointment that worked for me. The owner, Michael, quickly diagnosed and serviced the washer within 10 minutes. The price was right too! This will be my go-to company for any major appliance problems in the future. I highly recommend and am very glad I found and used East Valley Super Techs!

The company was punctual and reasonably priced. They stayed and made sure my issue was taken care of for a entire wash load!!! Wonderful Company!!! Mike is great!! Great customer service. I called in with a washer issue and Mike spoke with me, I told him the issue and he said DO NOT buy a new washer he new what was wrong with just talking to him on the phone. Mike was at my home in 2 hours all fixed and the price was GREAT!! I will refer them to everyone I know and will for sure use them always with all of my appliances. Thank you again Mike and his very nice wife.

Repairman immediately identified the problem and resolved it within 10-15 minutes and, since the minimum charge time is one hour, asked if we had any other appliance issues we needed resolved. He then looked at our stove and dishwasher to ensure we were 'good to go', then closed out the call. Very knowledgeable and thorough! I highly recommend them.

These people are amazing. From Pearl as the lead communicator to the knowledge and customer service of Mike and Kory, we could not have been more impressed! They fixed a 14 year-old washer and dryer, explained everything they did, and had an excellent customer service approach! I will definitely use them in the future.

I've used East Valley Appliance repair three different times, and have always had the best experience. Kory was out all three times. He was professional, timely, and repairs were completed at a fair price. It's taken me several years to find an appliance repair company that I can completely trust to not do unnecessary repairs.
