Couldn't be happier with my experience with all the folks at James Flooring. Gina is a great sales and customer rep and was always there to answer any inquiries. The installer, Douglas, did a superb job and was as quiet as a mouse! The results were fabulous and the price was very competitive. Looking forward to many years of wear and ease of care from my porcelain tiles!

What a great experience! I was dreading the new floor process for years-kept putting it off. In fact, my husband had stopped by a few other Palm Coast places prior and was not impressed so we just kept putting it off. Then I had met Daniel, Gina and the team at James Flooring. When it was finally time—that’s who we called!! Everyone made it easy and as smooth as possible. No pressure to get one type of flooring over another—or even the most expensive—it was about what worked best for our home and the install was quick and very well managed. I’d give them 10 stars if it were possible!

I gave 2-Stars because the guy they sent out for the estimate was polite as well as the lady who takes the calls.
#1 They were a day late getting my estimate back. Not a big deal for most but I was promised by the end of the day and they were aware of how time sensitive it was for return contact.
#2 They provided me with only (1) estimate when I specifically asked for (3).
#3 They are extremely overpriced.
If you’re looking for the most expensive flooring business in town look no further, you’ve found them.
I’ll leave it at that.. Cheapest route in Palm Compton is to DIY.

From the start meeting Daniel & John the owner, they were great in helping me pick a selection, very knowledgable about what flooring works well in my situation. I installed the first floor myself & they helped me with how to do it. I used their installers for the second floor. Marco & his guys were great, they moved the furniture & put the floor down in a day & half. They even fixed some areas that I did because Marco didn't like it. The nicest people I ever work with, I was in the window treatment business, so I meet alot of contractors, as I now flip houses.
