Our flexible scheduling will also allow you to easily and conveniently plan an appointment with us. When you schedule service with us, we will give you a 2 hour timeframe. That way you can spend your valuable time doing what you need to do instead of waiting for us. If changes do occur, you can be assured that it will be communicated with you in a timely manner.
Over time, the exterior water hoses that were with your new washing machine may leak or burst. It's a good preventive maintenance practice to check these hoses from time to time for any sign of wear or weakness. Often there's a small blister in the rubber of the hose, which could rupture. Most manufacturers recommend replacing the hoses every 5 years.
Low Rate Pricing: Many appliance service companies charge a flat rate fee based on a national pricing guide. Cornerstone Appliance feels the rates within this guide are too high so we have our own pricing guide which is anywhere from 25-50% less than the national pricing guide. Very happy with Cornerstone Appliance Services! When I called, I felt like the woman who set up our appointment was friendly, professional, and thorough. I knew she was listening to what our problem was and was relaying that to the technician, Randy.
Randy showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed our refrigerator issue, relayed the information, and gave us an estimate to fix it. Just call him. Stop stressing over the needed repair. You know staring at the machine and scratching your head won't fix it. Also, why bug a "handy friend" to try to look at it when he has time? Again, just call Cornerstone and get it fixed.

Just horrible service, if you are looking to throw $90.00 out the window then try the guys out. Tech walked into our home and before looking at the washing machine said we need to use powder laundry soap and wash clothes inside out. After telling him we are not paying the bill due to his lack of even looking at the appliance he finally walked in to look at it. He then proceeded to say that the girl who answers the phone for the company isn't a tech and didn't know what she was talking about. There were other things this company tech did but don't have enough time or space to write on this review

We trust Cornerstone to repair all our appliances when needed... Today, Bob came out to put a part in our washer and then another one in our refrigerator... He was courteous and obviously very skilled... Also, he treated our sweet six year old boy like he was, just one of the repair guys... I have been very happy with their service the past couple of years, and certainly recommend them to you...

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Our refrigerator stopped cooling at 4:30 on Friday evening on a Holiday weekend. I called Cornerstone Appliance Service and was happy they were still open. Their service technician was able to troubleshoot over the phone, and squeezed us in that evening.

I have had cornerstone out several times at our home as well as our duplex that we rent and they were able to work around our schedule as well as our tenants. They come out quickly and my wife always feels comfortable with he tech without me in the home while at work. Prices are very fair and service is great. I have recommended them to family and friends. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Very professional, honest and knowledgeable service. Arrived at the promised time. Repairman actually slipped covers on shoes to protect my flooring before proceeding through the house, now that is first class. Very reasonable charges compared to most in the area. Call Cornerstone Appliance for any appliance repair you need, you will not regret it. This was my first experience with Cornerstone and I will definitely call them again if the need for appliance repair arises.
