Dustless Refinising- Whether your floor is brand new or 100 years old we can restore it to its natural glamour. As hardwood floors age they will aquire dents and scratches and will need to be refinished. Lockwood did an amazing job on our floors! It was a large two week job to refinish existing hardwood and then replace all other carpeted surfaces with new hardwood. Jon and team were very respectful of our space and provided great communication along the way. I also appreciated the time Jon took to educate us on how to keep the floors in the best shape (correct floor coverings, optimal indoor humidity, etc).

John and his team did an incredible job! My floors turned out great. He was very responsive, accommodating and provided great tips and knowledge regarding the floors. He was able to squeeze me in and finished the job pretty quick considering everything that needed to be fixed and done. I would definitely recommend him to others and use the company for any future needs!

We had Lockwood Floors refinish our hardwood in a house that we just bought. I cannot say enough about this company. Hard workers. Great results. We love our floors. Highly recommend. Our floors were sanded down and just finished with polyurethane no stain. Clear coat on red oak. Fabulous job Matt. Thank you.

Call them now! we had our floors refinished and I cannot even explain what a great job the Lockwood team did. Everyone that comes over comments at how beautiful the floors are, it honestly looks like freshly laid flooring - not 60 year old floors! Jon and Matt did an absolutely amazing job on my floors. I was very happy with the price and work that they did. They brought my floors back to life. Not only did they refinish my floors, they repaired a spot of hardwood in the middle of the floor and re-did my stairs! They did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a refinishing or repairing job.

Jon and Matt did an amazing job on our floors! They cleaned up and locked up at the end of each night when they were done they were always professional. When they started my floors the carpet pad was stuck to the floor and there were lines from old flooring and now my floors look absolutely amazing I can’t thank them enough!!! I highly recommend Lockwood Floors!!

Matt and Dave did an excellent job! Matt was in charge and he knew his floors. They showed up when they said they would, which for me is a plus right away! They were respectful of me and each other, another plus. Matt let me know what he was doing along the way and asked for my input when needed. John, the owner was out of town so I did not meet him until he had to come in to finish the toe molding in one of the closets (easily overlooked; they did my entire townhouse condo.) He was also on time and respectful and worked efficiently. Nice people! I could recommend them!

Lockwood Floors did an AMAZING job on the revival of our original oak hardwood floors!! We moved in about a month ago, and I believe these are the original floors from 1940. It appears that at one point, they were carpeted over, which was later removed. The previous owners tiled over a portion of it in the entry way (Gasp! With glue!) and laid down a room-sized Persian rug to hide the very unfortunate state of these floors underneath. We tore up the tile and hoped for the best.
We knew they were bad, and honestly weren't even sure if they could be saved. As you can see from the first 3 photos

Jon and Matt's workmanship is second to none. They refinished my white oak floors in my living room and three bedrooms in three days. I would highly recommend Lockwood Floors. I called another local contractor for a quote and Lockwood Floors was able to beat their quote! I think the pictures speak for them self - natural finish.

Don't hesitate to get your floors refinished (or new hardwood installed!) by lockwood floors. Jonathan and Matt worked very hard and very long hours, which I appreciated! I had 4 bedrooms refinished and new hardwood installed in the living room/hall/closets... one of the bedrooms had vinyl tiling (i think) glued down and it was a nightmare to pull up. Jon worked really hard and not only did he pull it all up, but after refinishing it, which I know was a lot of effort, it looks great! He gave me a few options he had made up to match the new floors with the refinished for the wood I had purchased

I do a lot in construction but one thing I don't know a whole lot about is refinishing floors. My home is mostly hardwood and I really thought there was no saving it. It had gaps and cracks thousands of staples from carpet. I really wanted it torn out. I thought Jon would do an sloppy job because his price was so good but I was just blown away by the transformation. My floors look so good I couldn't be any happier with my decision. It looks better than a new floor! I would suggest Lockwood Floors to anyone looking to bring their old worn out floors back to life!
