We had a substantial hail storm the 4th of July 2019 and unfortunately it appears many folks have experienced issues with the roofing company they were using. That is not the case here, Alison with Paragon Exteriors was AWESOME!!
She was very clear and helpful during the entire process. In addition she was present every step of the way from the insurance inspectors visit to the various items we had fixed including the roof in order to ensure all of the work was being completed up to her high standards. Alison, the owner of Paragon Exteriors, made the experience of re-roofing my house easy. From beginning to end, Alsion arranged everything from the estimate and thorough explanation of costs to roof and gutter replacement, handling all interactions with the roofers--as well as dealing with my insurance company! Her crew was on time and finished the job on schedule. When Alison was finished, my yard was immaculate and could not even tell that any work had been done!
