A couple of years ago my wife and I were having problems with our heating and cooling system. We called two different air Specialist to come out and give us an estimate and diagnosis for the repairs. They both stated that the entire unit had to be replaced; to the tune of $4,000 to $5,000. As a last resort and for a 3rd opinion, we asked Shane to come out and give us his diagnosis and opinion.

Shane has demonstrated a high degree of versatility in his tradecraft .He noted that my home has on demand water heaters and advised me concerning the need to flush them , we did and will in the future to ensure the efficient and long lasting service life .
