Jose and Jesus exhibited exceptional professionalism, kindness, and politeness. They performed a superb job cleaning my AC and dryer vents. We needed our sofa cleaned after an unfortunate cat urination event. they were able to come out quickly and take care of the problem. after the cleaning there was NO overwhelming chemical odor. Maurice did a great job. I would absolutely call Marling's again.

Marling’s is an A+ company. From the owner down to the Service Techs. A company who cares about their customers. They really can make a terrible experience that much easier to get through. The staff was very pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to handle the situation at hand. Worked with my insurance carrier through the entire process. Had everything very well documented that they requested. Would HIGHLY recommend using Marling’s!

My wood floor got damaged when the crew was at my house to clean up water damage in the basement. They also left dehumidifiers that actually leaked water back into my basement for which they were supposed to clean up water damage. And all that because they didn't set up their equipment correctly or didn't know how to. For days I thought I still had exterior water coming in until another contractor saw that the dehumidifiers were leaking into my basement. They also never reply to emails or call you back as promised.
I have asked for an itemized invoice months ago to make sure I wasn't charged

I had used Marling's last year and had a great experience although this year it was less then stellar, I'll chalk it up for the guy getting tired from the job before mine, the carpets looked like they only ran a vacuum over them and left them soaked. It took two days for the carpet to dry. Definately not like the first experience, Thought I had found a reliable carpet cleaner guess I'll look again

Marling's absolutely blew away my expectations. I had an exterior electrical fire in my house just after celebrating my one year in the house. I did not know where to begin and Marling's walked me through the whole process. They were sincere, kind and timely. I had a quote within a day and even scheduled me for the next day for the clean up. House looks almost as good as new. Thank you guys again and I certainly would recommend to anyone looking for restoration work.
