Outrageous….. they told me that they would come to my flooded basement between 4-6 PM on a Friday- DID NOT KEEP ME UPDATED. I called at 4:30, the representative told me that they would possibly be out between 7-9 PM. I called again at 7:30 the representative told me that they would possibly get to my house at midnight. The representative then changed the story and said they possibly wouldn’t get to me until after the weekend. BE TRANSPARENT WITH CUSTOMERS!!!! I am so beyond frustrated with the level of service. Would not recommend this company under any circumstance ESPECIALLY not an emergency

Was told Green Restoration would visit the house where the fire was and needed boarding up as it is a total loss and a danger if anyone were to enter. Green Restoration stated they would determine what was needed once they were on scene and would provide me with an estimate. They agreed to be there that afternoon after I paid the required deposit. I didn't receive a call back on day one. On Day Two, I called and they stated that were currently on scene, it could not be boarded up safely and they were waiting for a supervisor to come to the scene. Not sure if it’s the correct location but I wanted to leave a feedback for this company. We hired them to do a mold remediation after a home inspector stated that we have mold in the attic. They were fast, professional and very friendly. Job was done in 3 days, house sold the following week. Will use again if needed.

Green Restoration did a great job disinfecting for us!! They gave us a nice selection of hospital grade disinfection products to choose from. They also described the best & most effective cleaning solutions that have the least impact on the environment. They clearly communicated everything and got everything done very efficiently with very reasonable prices. We look forward to getting routine disinfection services from them in the future. My mom and I have both used these guys more than once. Sunday we came home from vacation to find our pipes had frozen. It leaked through two floors and pooled in the basement. They worked quickly to dry and clean everything and we avoided mold. In an emergency with your house these guys are the ones to call.

Had some mold in my attic due to the stormy spring. They were able to help me quickly to get rid of the mold and the rest of the clean up and repair. They used some tool to locate the leaks and repair them and they also replaced the insulation. Reasonably priced and took care of my problems, could not ask for more!
