Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The company refused to provide a quote prior to project. After install we found multiple holes in the ducts that were not patched. Joints also weren’t sealed properly. Ultimately we needed to use another company to fix their work.

Tom was great, very knowledgeable, didn't automatically try and sell me the most expensive systems. He actually did the opposite and told me why it wasn't worth it to me to go that route.
On day of installation his crew was very professional, got all the work done in one day( full replacement of 2 heating and ac systems) left everything clean when they left.
The office also handled everything well. In short Climac was great to deal with!

They followed through with everything Tom said. Tom explained up front and in common English what my situation was and what my options were. No pushing, just information. Set expectations accurately. Showed up on time. Got the work done on time. Cleaned up everything. Tested heat on a hot day to make sure everything works, then moved to ac.
Highly recommend Climac.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT, job to all involved. Techs showed up on time and ready to go. From start to finish, they were outstanding. Thanks Guys. When you left, the sound of a running heater was music to our ears. A small problem with the supply chain. But Tom was upfront with us the entire time. Went as far as sending out a tech to see if they could retro fit another unit. I have already told a few neighbors about your great job, and if any others need a heating and ac system, I will send them your way. Thanks again. George.

Climac did a terrific job installing a new heating system after it became inoperable after 8 years. They were extremely clean, efficient and professional in their work and the quote was honest. They even are going so far as to try to diagnose why my old heater went out after only 8 years. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and will definitely use them again.

FOLLOW UP: Approximately a year after the installation noted below, in August 2020, a major storm knocked down several large branches one of which dented the housing on the previously installed ground-level condenser making the unit inoperable. I called Climac and despite the fact that many people in our region had had storm damage, I got a quick call back and spoke to Mike B. who came out the next day, diagnosed the needed parts, ordered them, and arranged for their prompt installation. I also spoke to Mike M., the owner, and Thora, who manages the office, as well as Sean who did the actual installation

Our Church has been using Climac for more than 7 years to service our AC systems as well as one of our boilers. They have always respond quickly to our requests for service, handled things in a professional manner and I have never had to have them return to fix what was not fixed. Climac responded quickly to my (heating) service call this afternoon. Tom came out same-day, was extremely professional and did an extra thorough check of my entire heating system. He clearly explained what was causing my heater to malfunction, along with what things to keep an eye on. My heater is now working better than ever, and more - I have a much better understanding of the system. Highly recommended!
