I appreciated Kevin’s call to verify our appointment as well as his ability to tell me when he would be arriving (it took the the mystery of a “timeframe window” away, which is helpful for planning the day with four kiddos). Kevin was early, (ahead of schedule), polite, professional and friendly to chat with. He efficiently performed a tune up for our heater as we prepare to make settlement on our home. I am a senior citizen. I called Christian Heating and air condition to look at my heater. When I was with the technician we found the circuit breaker and it was off when he hit it on the heater came back on and he said he would check the system out. He came back and said there was a part that would cost $350 to put in then he came back and said it isn't the part it's the compressor we had a 10 year warranty on the system and the technician told us it was only for five years we called the company that we had the warranty with and they sent out their technician and he said they cross the

I overpaid for a mini split unit for my house, because of their positive reviews. They replaced a part in my heater ($1,400) that wasn't working. Problem was, they put the new part in the wrong heater ( I have 3 separate units) No problem. They corrected their error after I brought it to their attention. I mentioned I owned businesses that have maintenance contracts for their HVAC. They said they'd be happy to take those over, so I let the previous contracts expire. Christian still hasn't contacted me to start the the process. I left many messages over the last 2 months. They

I wrote a review in February of 2010 that was very critical of the post installation service. Dave P. reached out and asked me to contact a business manager as he could not locate me in Christian's records. The installations were in 2014 and the leak issue that left with us with a PECO red tag and no quick response was in 2016. I ceased doing business with Christian in 2016. I am posting this to clarify that this issue was from 2016 and may not reflect where the company is now!

Stay far away as they will try and RIP you off. The technician spent half the time on hold with sanyo, he put on the paperwork the needed repairs on my sanyo AC. Except it's a Samsung. After multiple calls they tell me in addition to the $100 they need another $412 to change a couple wires. The wires cost less than $50. Dan explained how they have marked Van's and uniforms and gas and insurance to pay for. Its called business but he doesn't have to make it all on me. I can lamoat replace the whole system for that kind of money.

Christian has been our go to for going on 10 years now. Techs are friendly, courteous, & clean. Office staff is friendly and does their very best to work with my schedule. No one likes to have to be without A/C on 90 degree day, but Christian will go above & beyond to make the experience as painless as possible.

Starting with the salesperson and ending with the installation, this was a pleasant experience.
The salesperson was not pushy. The installers were on time, efficient, neat, clean. They were very respectful of my property, wearing booties in my house and using drop clothes on my rugs.
Upon completion, they showed what they installed. They explained the functions of each and encouraged me to ask questions.
I would recommend Christian HVAC without hesitation.

A month ago Christian diagnosed my AC unit needing a valve replacement. The unit went back on, then off again. This time they said it was the motor: if covered by warranty, it would be $560, if not, then $2100. They said they called the mfg and the 8 year motor was no longer covered by the 10 year warranty bcz I was the second owner and the warranty had been improperly filed. The cost for replacement would be $1900. So, I called another contractor who said the motor WAS under warranty and replaced the motor the same day for $150.

Recently had them out for an estimate. I wanted a separate Mitsubishi A/C Heat Pump system installed on the 2nd floor. Specialist Mark Drucker arrived for the estimate. Very impressed, he was quite knowledgeable & professional. He spent over two hours explaining, measuring and writing a very detailed estimate. I explained that he was my first estimate and to give me his best price. He hit me with a full retail price and refused to discount or negotiate. He seemed offended that I would even ask for a lower price, didn't want to earn my business.

Do not use this company! They will rip you off. Way overpriced for everything. They tried to steer me in the direction of having the AC unit leak tested for $184 ( the contracted price). After the leak test we would then most likely need a new coil which could cost up to $2,500. Basically a $3,000+ job.
Had another company out and for $300 had the unit leak tested( dye injected into system) and refrigerant added.

After moving to Bucks County in 2015 and noticing Christian HVAC trucks all over the place, we decided to go with them for a service agreement to cover our 2 units. They arrived on time, did their maintenance bit, explained some things about the system and then they were on their way. Six hours later, one of our units unexpectedly shut down. I should point out, the system had been working flawlessly until the Christian HVAC guy showed up. Then, oddly, it just stopped working.
We called them to come back and see what was up, but because it was a holiday we had to wait until the next day, so, yeah

When my HVAC system died last year, I called around for estimates to replace the 25 year old dinosaur with a more state of the art apparatus. Not only was Christian less expensive for equivalent mechanicals, but they did not attempt to oversell me on a product that my home really could not benefit from, regardless of rebates or government programs. Much appreciated.
They got the job done in one day, were neat and quiet, and gave me both a coupon for an additional discount and my first tune-up as part of the deal. One year financing without interest was also a nice touch.

DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME. If you have no other choice and have to, then ABSOLUTELY DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED NEAR YOUR HVAC SYSTEM.

Where did all the bad reviews go consumers need to know about this company and I wish I knew about yelp business reviews sooner. This company sent a tech to check out my poorly running heat pump. Well after a two minute diagnostics by ear not tools/meters, it was a bad electronic capacitor of some sort. Three hundred plus dollars later in under 30 minutes of work I was raked over the coals for 12 parts the easily pulls out and plugs back in. Hmmm service charge and 12 buck part. Wow I need to get this business!
