My heat stopped working unexpectedly during this recent cold spell. Accurate was the only company that could come out on the same day. They text before arrival with photos of the technicians which I appreciated. The technician Jakob was so professional and thorough with determining the issue. He ensured my heat was working until he and the manager could come the following day, when they were able to resolve it completely. I am so grateful for the responsiveness and follow up. Highly recommend Accurate to anyone in the Metrowest area. I needed to have maintenance done on our heating system. I had been scheduled with another company a month out and they called me twice to reschedule (it was going to be at least a month later than originally scheduled). So I called Accurate and they were at our house the very next day. Johnny and Joel showed up on time, were completely professional and informative. They walked me through my options and gave great recommendations. I will be using Accurate for all my HVAC needs going forward.

The furnace at my office stopped blowing hot air on a 40 degree day. I called numerous place that couldn't assess the situation for at least a week. Called Accurate and they said a tech could be out in a few hours. The tech actually came before that time frame. Got us up and running, heat blowing and fixed the issue. Very courteous and professional and the text/email updates are great! Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for services!

We had an annual mini-split tune-up done. Beth (the office manager) is excellent and it was easy to set up an appointment. Beth also kept us updated regarding arrival times, which was quite helpful. The techs, John and Jake, were fantastic. They both wore masks which made us feel comfortable, gave special attention to keeping things tidy, were very polite/friendly, and made sure all concerns were addressed. Impressive service!

Such a good experience! Our central AC stopped working during one of the hottest days of the year. Beth was so accommodating, professional, and treated us like we were family, scheduling us a service appointment with Jake. Jake was amazing and incredibly thorough and professional. I used both Baker Plumbing and Accurate Heating and Air about a year apart, and both are OUTSTANDING! I had excellent service from the scheduling desk to the professionals that came out to replace my hot water heater and repair my air conditioner, to Lisa in the office at Baker. They all made the issues a priorities, were reasonably priced, very professional, and were all around really just a nice company to do business with. I called Accurate Heating & Air Conditioning Services on a Wednesday and they were at my house on Friday. They would have arrived sooner but I already had plans made for Thursday. I needed someone to diagnosis why my furnace's flame kept cutting out every time it tried to start up. So, when Friday came around the technician showed on time and explained that his goal was to provide a 5 star experience and to present me with a few different options after he determined the cause of the problem. After about 30 minutes he was able to determine that voltage-sensor-thingy needed to be replace

We had our HVAC system replaced by Accurate. The whole process was handled perfectly. From the salesman Brian. Right on down to Kyle and Jesse on the installation crew. They use Trane equipment to improve efficiency. Our installation was a challenge. I had them move our ac condenser to a new location and our basement is finished. All work was done with out demolishing any walls or ceilings. The system looks and works great.
Plus they cleaned up everything upon completion.
