I have used Athens Appliance Repair three or four times. The technicians have been very respectful and professional. Scheduling was easy. On the positive side, they repaired my dryer on a call that was actually for my fridge/freezer and didn't charge for a second service call. And they knew immediately how to repair the dryer. However, they came twice to fix the exact same fridge/freezer problem within three or four months and charged me roughly $200 each time. I asked if the repair from the first service call was warrantied and was told "no". This problem has now occurred a third time. With a

They told us nothing was wrong with our washer. We had a mini flood with our washer the water would not turn off. They came and Looked at it told us that they Couldn’t find anything wrong with it to be brave… and use it. So we did, it ended up flooding our whole house causing over $12,000 worth of damage. We had to file a insurance claim to get everything fixed.

We have used Athens Appliance Repair multiple times and will be referring to others. Recently contacted Jeremy about doing a refrigerator repair for me. He gave us a timeframe for next day when he would arrive and he showed up and repaired what we had discussed. Very honest, very upfront with pricing, and did quality work.
