This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with. They have been to my house 4 different times to repair my oven for the same problem. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They do not care that they have inconvenient my family for over a month since I've had them to come out. The problem still is not fixed and they are so not caring about the inconvenience and problem of my family being without our over for the last month. I have never seen a company that cannot repair an oven if they are an appliance repair company. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!

I hate leaving negative reviews, however, it is important as a consumer to know the value of obtaining a second quote prior to repairs. This branch sent a tech (the dispatcher was very nice) to my house for a refrigerator diagnostic. The technician said it would be $500 for a repair with three different parts. After speaking to the tech, there seemed to be some discrepancy from what he was telling me based upon my own research and price I received earlier from the office. The tech left my house and my mother in law heard him telling the office "I am not coming back here" and some "Four Letter"

Service Max is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever done business with. The front desk is very rude and does not listen to anything you have to say just repeats the same thing. They do not follow up so you have to stay on top of them. They came out 3 times to fix my fridge and it’s still not fixed. The last time
they came they ordered the wrong filter and wanted to change the housing to fit the ‘wrong’ filter. When I called about that the owner who answered the phone did not own up to it and just said ‘so you want me to order type 2?’ He said that the only difference

This is a wonderful family owned business I have used multiple times over the past four years. They have repaired my washing machine, microwave, refrigerator and rebuilt my clothes dryer. Their charge to come out is more affordable than other appliance repair businesses I have used in the past and they are very professional, from the service experts to the office staff. They have my highest recommendation.

Needed their service on stove under warranty and a different time for refrigerator without warranty. Both times they were out when promised, ordered the correct part, came back as promised and completed both jobs very quickly. It didn't faze the fridge repairman that there was a lot of dust accumulated that probably added to the fan failing. He cleaned the whole area without a fuss and gave us advice on maintenance. Very pleased with this local branch of company!!

We had a problem with our Kitchenaid microwave which was still under warranty. They gave ServiceMax the repair order. The service technician damaged the cabinetry when putting the microwave back into the cabinet. He did not tell me about the damage and I noticed it immediately after he left. Now it will cost us to have this damage repaired. This is totally unprofessional.
UPDATE 9-1-20: I did get a call from the owner who was very upset that I had not called her. You can see her response below in all caps. After speaking with her she said that she would get someone right on it to repair the damage

I filed a repair claim with my home warranty. They assigned me to this company. When I called to schedule my appointment, I told them I would not be home before 4:30pm. I reiterated it 3 times.I scheduled this on speaker phone during a meeting with 5 co-workers as witnesses (important for later as they tried to claim they never guaranteed 4:30pm). The person said that the repair guy would call before arrival and that he typically arrived mid-way between the appointment window, but she couldn’t guarantee he wouldn’t arrive before 4:30pm. I restated again that I would not be home before 4:30pm
