I've purchased two vehicles (expeditions, to be exact) with them and when I'm ready to trade up again, I'll go back. This was the worst purchase of a vehicle I have ever made. 1st the transmission went out on the truck right after purchasing. They used a sub par transmission shop to repair it and it had to go back 2 more times. Then found the air conditioning wasn't working properly. they put it in another shop who cracked my dash and put in a part from a junk… yard that did not work. They were supposed to get another part and repair it again and I have waited months. Summer is now almost over and they are refusing to fix the ac or the dash that was cracked. also told them the truck kept shutting of at
