AKSCO Construction, Inc. is beginning its 18th year as a local home builder and remodeling company. We pride ourselves on producing a quality product, using skilled and well-mannered tradesmen, and keeping the client informed through active lines of communication. Agnes Seidler heads AKSCO Construction and supervises each project.
Having a home built for you is a big deal. We try to make this process as smooth and logical as possible by giving you as much information as possible for you to make the right selections to compliment the way you want to live in your new home. There are four main phases to the process, with each having multiple sections.
AKSCO Construction is a full service company. We have a three part process: Design, Contract, and Construction. In the Design phase we look at choices and layouts based on your budget. The Contract phase solidifies selections of materials, a final layout plan is drawn, and an itemized estimate of total cost is formulated.
We expected our renovated bathroom to be beautiful-we picked out the materials, after all. But your personal attention and the workmen far exceeded any of our past construction experiences. Your calls and emails kept us apprised of everything. The workmen, without exception, were punctual, experienced and caring.
