My hot water tank blew up yesterday 12/28/2021.. I called 9 or 10 different plumbers and they were all booked out and could not help me.. but one of them recommended Justin Jones from Premier air.. I called him and he was over within an hour to look at.. and then today 12 / 29 / 2021 he was back with a brand new water heater to install.. very nice and very professional, and was able to do it on short notice.. if I could give a higher than a 5-star rating, I would.

Our experience with Premier Air in Bozeman was outstanding. It began with courteous well informed advice in our home and a prompt estimate. This aspect of service was the best we found from five businesses.
Installation began just four days after acceptance of the estimate. It went on time and was very fast. The installers wore masks throughout their work. They were polite and very hard workers. Installation was completed on schedule and we were amazed at what was removed and installed so quickly.

I wish we found Premier sooner!
We’ve been looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional HVAC company - found them! We contacted Premier when our furnace started acting up and we struggled to get the attention of our previous contractor. Great experience starting with the team responsible for scheduling all the way through the service DJ performed.
Arrived within the promised window, communicated clearly, completed necessary repairs, and was very professional. They also offered an excellent maintenance plan which is exactly what we’ve been looking for.

Premier Air was wonderful to work with start to finish. We used them for our new construction home. It’s hard to find companies with great costumer service and friendly workers anymore. We were so impressed with the communication from Chris and DJ before they arrived and during their visit. They made sure we were apart of all the decisions and had us check to make sure we were happy before they left. I was even more impressed to see them wear booties over their shoes and vacuum up after themselves when they left. Hard to believe they are one of the only contractors who do that.

Best in Bozeman! We are so glad we went with Premier Air Heating & Cooling. Todd and Zack were so wonderful to work with as they installed the AC unit. They were polite, professional, and respectful. They know exactly what they are doing and are a very efficient team. We felt comfortable having them in our home. Ricky was the Sales Rep who came out to give us a quote and we were equally as impressed with him. He was very responsive in addressing our questions and provided a competitive quote. Positive experience all the way around.
