After our furnace was installed we later experienced a minor problem. Hometown returned to help solve the issue, and graciously reduced the billing for us. Brooke in the office is on top of everything, Sean is probably the best technician you could find, and Tim the owner is very involved and aware of what is happening in his company. These guys went above and beyond to get me in as I had no heat! They were honest and explained everything so well. Did not cost a fortune either! Very professional as well as knowledgeable about their products. Purchased an air scrubber. The installation was excellent with Jeremy-arrived on time and very polite.
