They told us it was $75 dollar’s for the tech to respond. And if he repaired the appliance that $75 would be applied to the parts and repair. Our water tube needed to be pulled back down very easy no parts required. How much I asked. The tech says $250.00. I said for that you don’t even need parts. I said the $75 comes off the top right. He says It was deducted already. Let me get this straight it’s $325 an hour for you to pull the cover and put the tube back in place. He said we don’t work by the hour that’s my labor. Forget it buddy be on your way. Then the man got nasty smacked the

After spending some time trying to figure out why my fridge was not cooling properly I finally did what I should have done in the first place.
