All Things New Roofing came to my rescue when I had a leak after a big rain. I tried contacting the company that originally put on the roofing but they wouldn’t return my calls.
I called All Things New after seeing their excellent BBB rating. The owners were very compassionate about my plight. Don came out the very next day; crawled on my roof and made repairs. Don and his staff were extremely professional and kind! I will do business with them in the future.

Nate took care of everything after a hail claim. From the roof, painting, the gutters and all my window screens, I didn’t have to find anyone else. He has a team for everything and communicated with me all that needed done. His roofing team had the roof done in one day, and I have a difficult roof! His painter took care of the areas needing refreshed and also power washed the fence and put on new stain. Gutters were replaced as well. In May, 2013 All Things New reroofed my House. A little more than two years later I noticed the shingles were shedding granules at an excessive rate. With the assistance of Jim from All Things New I began a battle with the manufacturer of the shingles. That battle was unsuccessful due to the manufacturer’s insistence that there existed insufficient ventilation.
Fast forward two years, when I noticed that several of the shingles appeared to be blistering. This time Don, the owner of ATN, got involved. After the manufacturer again refused to accept responsibility Don agreed to completely reroof

After a bad experience with another roofing company, All Things New was a breath of fresh air. Mike worked with us through the whole process, gave us a firm date to start the project, worked with our insurance to get additional funds to meet code requirements, and the crew completed the job in a timely manner, removing all old shingles and nails and re-sheathing the roof to meet code. They did an exceptional job and thoroughly cleaned all areas when the job was complete. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this company. From start to finish working with Kristen and the crews was a breeze. I love the way my roof looks. They got it done so fast, with great quality and were especially clean! I didn’t have to fight insurance and was walked through all the steps so I always knew what was going on. Nate and Kristin were so helpful throughout this entire process. We had a lot trouble in the past with roofers that did not follow through. Nate and Kristen took the time to walk us through the process, show us our options, meet with the adjustor and support us. They also got the job done very timely. I would strongly recommend them.

Having recently moved here from Wisconsin, when we noticed a leak in our recently purchased house (that was only 2.5 yrs old), we weren’t sure who to call. After 7 or 8 calls to A+ rated Better Business Bureau roofers, who either never called back or said they couldn’t do a two story house, we finally came across All Things New. What a relief! The owner, Don, offered to come out that same day and repaired the leak on that visit himself. When I asked about the charge, he declined to take any payment and said to just remember them in the future. I certainly will based on my experience today!

My house was leaking inside out from a previous hail damage. We did not know how bad it was until the water started seeping in. We called the insurance company and then looked on the BBB website and found All Things New and Roofing. I made the phone call and was impressed as well as satisfied with our conversation. Jim came out and spoke to my husband. He handled everything, from roof inspection to hiring qualified and legit workers. They repaired my roof, repainted the ceiling, fixed my sky light, and replaced my bedroom window. The whole team provided excellent service, was very professional
