Positive: Professionalism, Quality
There was some miscommunication around scheduling and which phone number to contact that led to a false start, and area rug cleaning is surprisingly pricey compared to carpet, but they did get my stuff good and clean. Pulled 20 years of dirt and oil out of my favorite oversized chairs, with impressively grimy water to prove it!

After I reported the initial issue with Chillum Carpet cleaning, I was contacted right away to see how they can earn my business by resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I must admit that customer service was excellent and eager to resolve my issue. I am very happy with the way everything was handled. I will recommend chillum carpet cleaning to others but make sure you specify deep cleaning or regular steam cleaning.
