I used Ronnie in the past and was very happy. This time not as happy. He replaced ceiling fans I left at the property. No problems there. I needed to replace a fan in my kitchen ( fan had no blades). Ronnie agreed to go purchase a new fan (I paid Ronnie $119.00 to cover the cost of the fan) and paid him to install it. Well my tenant moves in sending me photos. There was no new fan in the kitchen. Its the same fan that I had. All he did was put blades on and thats it.
I also asked 2 times for my paid invoice. Never received my receipt or response.
I guess its time to find a new handyman.
