Florida doesn't have a real handyman's license (just a tax stamp) or any form of competency test to prove a persons skill sets. I felt it important to take before and after video of a bunch of projects I have personally done. Repaired chain link fence section by replacing two line posts. Both posts were concreted and all of the existing fencing except the two new poles was reused.

This past year was a rough one for our family. My Mother fell sick after being admitted to Halifax Hospital for a broken nose and arm. She caught what one of the head surgeons called Necrotizing fasciitis, a flesh eating bacteria. In just a few days we needed to get a bunch of paperwork together in order to be able to make critical decisions.

Customers are buying a mailbox and post and then having me install it. I provide the concrete and tools. Cost per install is $85. New mailboxes can be found at both Home Depot and Lowe's.
