We had Pepsil Concrete patch and resurface our front steps. They showed up on time, worked around weather constraints, and completed the job on time. The steps look like new. They also jackhammered out and filled a problem area in our garage floor that now looks better than new. All in all, Hauati and his assistant were a really good crew. We will definitely hire them again if the need arises.

We had a last minute change in our project timeline and Pepsil was able to provide an estimate and complete the needed work in 24 hours! They were very pleasant to work with and, in my opinion, did a very nice, professional job. Pricing was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and, if additional work is needed, will hire them again.

Howard (Huati0 has done three projects for me over the years. He did great work for us. We hired him to do a very tricky double deck which was very expensive. He asked me for a third down(this was Feb) but because of the consistent bad weather he couldn't start until June. He had the check and didn't cash it until he started. A very honorable person. All three projects turned out great. The decks are a WOW!

Writing this from a frustrated viewpoint ..... we were told multiple times that they would give us a bid. Twice we had a day/evening that they said "we will call you an hour before we come". Twice we waited around on those days and received no calls and of course no shows. On a more positive note, I guess it's a good sign that they are too busy to bid new customers.

Hired them based on recommendations of neighbors and the work they had done, all looked great.
Unfortunately, my project was not satisfactory. The driveway has very large dark patches and there are smaller areas that are pockmarked. It looks awful and ruins the curb appeal of my home.
Very disappointed, and no response to my messages, asking if anything can be done. This was a very expensive project.

I first hired Pepsil 10 years ago and they did an great job changing a rock wall entrance, re-leveling the front yard and pouring new steps and pads. Last year they did a beautiful double patio with a curved concrete staircase...stamped and colored..no shortcuts or architects, Howard figured it out. Very reasonably priced.
Friends have been very happy with their work also. Honest and competent.
