D & D Concrete

It was a wonderful experience to have D and D concrete remove and replace our garage floor. We had an engineer evaluate the floor a few years ago due to large cracks and a huge gap at the back and side between the wall and the garage, and make recommendations for replacement. Josh Daniel, the man who did our evaluation and estimate, proposed the same Plan to repair the floor as the engineer had done, which was very reassuring for us. The team that worked on the garage was organized and very positive. The Foreman, Josh, Created a positive team effort. Each night they cleaned up their work site perfectly

They did a great job! First they demoed then poured a new driveway, front porch and steps. Then a new RV pad was integrated onto the side of the house. I am more than satisfied withe their work!

Unlike several other companies, Josh gave us a very reasonable and rapid Yelp quote to finish our driveway and redo a walkway based on photo and measurements. When he came to confirm in person, we decided to upgrade to stamped concrete. Josh and crew were very professional and timely and we have been so pleased with the result. We've received many compliments and our neighbors are planning to hire him as well. His quality workmanship advertised itself. Thanks, Josh!

Stop looking for concrete contractors, you've found the one!! Josh and I had challenges on this project and through them all he has been a SAINT. his communication was top notch, his attitude was always positive and his prices were reasonable. I have already started referring them to others and have him scheduled to work on a second job. I work with a lot of contractors and can say with certainty you should hire this company.

I was very impressed with Josh and D & D Concrete. Josh was responsive and showed up on time to review the project. He promptly gave me a quote with multiple options, and then came out to my house a second time when I started asking more questions about the specifics of the project to ensure we were on the same page. I received half a dozen bids and selected D&D to do my grading/concrete patio project due to price, responsiveness, communication, and knowledge. The only con was some cement was splashed onto my siding but was easily filed off after the project - not a big enough deal to change

Josh was responsive, his quote was very reasonable, he was able to get the work done very quickly and exactly as described. The quality of the work was excellent, and they handled a couple of extra things that came up with a very minimal extra charge.

The team showed up when they said they would, were super friendly and respectful, and worked very quickly.

I was really happy with the overall experience and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great experience overall with using D&D for a concrete walkway/porch job. Josh was great and professional. He gave me a same day estimate, showed up in a mask, and the end product came out just as my wife and I had envisioned. We would definitely use D & D Concrete again.

Apparently, we have a miscommunication. When Josh performed his whirlwind measurements of my driveway, he told me that he'd provide me my estimate on Friday. He probably could have provided a ballpark figure onsite and then could have taken his time preparing the estimate. Regardless, if I'm paying somebody thousands of dollars to do work, then, at the very least, I expect them to follow through with their agreements. This didn't happen.

A no-show for scheduled consultation. No call, heads-up or attempt to reschedule. So there you go.

We were having some issues with our foundation wall, Josh came right out and gave us some great advice. Professional, prompt and thoughtful customer service.

Josh is awesome. I'm new to Portland and needed repair work on my house. He was super responsive. Great pricing and took care of the repairs quickly without trying to up sell me. I had asked for the cost of repair and replacement. He told me I only needed repair. No reason to quote replacing. I totally appreciated his honesty and he did an amazing job on the repair. I recommend him highly. Excellent professional service. I interviewed multi contractors. So glad I picked his company.
