Tried calling this business for an inquiry and they hung up on me before i finished my sentence.
Even tried calling back afterwards and left a voicemail . That way if it was an accident, I’d receive a call back .... ( still no call back ).
Not professional when looking for your services. Could at least mention you weren’t interested before hanging up.

I obtained Mr. Mullis name from a neighbor, called him and he got right back to me ! Then scheduled my non-emergency matter for this morning, and arrived literally "on time." (Told him: "you can set my watch by you!"). He was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and took control of the situation and resolved everything quickly, even a couple of "other little things" while he was here. Can't say enough good things about him!

I called Coastal Plumbing and left a message for Randy. He was very quick to respond and came out to my house right away. He and his son, Colton, got right to work on my plumbing issue. They were so courteous, funny and so nice to me and my mother. I would trust them with any plumbing problem. All around great guys and honest.

I had an emergency at one of my stores in Gulf Shores and Randy was rude and hung up on me. When I called back he ignored my call. Terrible customer service. They obviously don’t care.
Update: The hang up was not do to a bad connection. It was 100% intentional.

I had a busted water pipe on an outside faucet. It was spraying water everywhere and ice was forming on side of house & on sidewalk. I called another plumber first, they could not be there for several hours and offered no advice. Then I called Coastal. Randy said he could be there in an hour and told me what I needed to do in the mean time. When he arrived he fixed the problem and was very friendly and courteous and best of all his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.
