Ask about our free estimates on conversions and new installations on your heat pump system, air conditioners, hot water tanks, and gas piping. Our experts also install electric and gas furnaces and tankless hot water systems. Included with the installation, we take your old system out when we install the new system.
At C & C Olympic Heating Inc we know a fireplace can add beauty to a living area as well as provide warmth during the cold winter months. We carry a variety of sizes and styles that will fit you room and budget. Gas logs are a great way to ad beauty to a room where a traditional fireplace may not work.
Our cleaning and maintenance work includes inspecting your equipment to make sure it is in proper working order. For gas furnaces, we check the air filter, blower motor, and heat exchangers. Then, we clean the burner and flame sensor and check all the controls and safeties. Electric furnaces receive wiring checks and replacements as needed.

I have used C&C for years, and have always been very impressed with their quality of work, professionalism, punctuality, and communication. As with any service/trade industry, there is a cost (ever-increasing it seems) just for someone to "show up". But that minimum cost should be to your advantage; to have an HVAC/Heating system assessed and diagnosed. It's also an opportunity to learn something. Jim, the technician that has come to my place a few times over the years, is a great teacher. I always learn a lot from him, and even when the "fix" is simple, I feel like I get my money's worth from

I've dealt with 3 guys from this company and they are GREAT!! They are reliable and Fair priced. The least experienced guy has 15 years plus experience. They communicate and follow through. The receptionist even knows what going on when I call and ask for feedback about the job completed. I would defiantly recommend C& C Olympic Heating.

C&C installed a new Mitsubishi mini-split in my old, weird floating home. I was very particular and wanted none of the lines visible, but the outside unit at the far end of the house, and I wanted a ceiling-mount unit downstairs, and I wanted them to install a floor-standing unit upstairs but recess it in the wall to make it less visible. Chris consistently gave me the cheaper options as well to consider, but absolutely understood what I was going for. Jim was awesome! I'm a new home owner and at no point did I feel taken advantage of or pressured into other services. On the contrary, Jim was incredibly kind and helpful. I got a full lesson in gas furnaces as he walked me through each step of how it works. We wanted to install AC this spring into our house and got bids from several other companies in the area, Black Lion, MM Cooling and C&C Olympic Heating. We chose to work with Chris and team because they had a fair price, but most importantly they helped identify the perfect system for us now and that would work for us in the future.
They made recommendations on how to make our furnace quieter by installing new metal sheeting and insulation which made a huge difference. Great install team and felt like we were working with family friends the whole time.

C&C Olympic was a referral from a friend. Since their pricing seemed reasonable I had them replaced my furnace and add an A/C unit in my 2002 home. I couldn’t be happier. The owner owner and his son both worked all day to complete the install and left my garage cleaner than they found it! Plus, they notice my DYI water heater install was done incorrectly and replaced all the venting, pressure tank and earthquake strap at no additional charge. TY C&C Olympic!

Our experience with C&C Olympic Heating was one of the best we've ever had with any company, period. Chris and his team are professional, thorough, honest, very capable, and dependable. We had an old furnace threatening to fail on us, and we'd been thinking about adding central air for a long time. C&C gave us a really reasonable bid for the job, and far exceeded our expectations - Chris and his crew removed the old furnace, and installed the new unit, along with new A/C, in just one day! The inspector even commented on how impressed he was with the quality of their work!
