They serviced my garage door today. There was no wait to get an appointment, they arrived on time (observed safe distancing and masking), and they did a great job. The charges were very reasonable. My records show they serviced my garage door last in 2016, when after one service visit by United Overhead Doors I was able to go four years with no problems! Even today's service was more preventive. In comparison, the first 5 years I had this garage door I foolishly continued to get service from the company that installed it, and every single year something went terribly wrong! I highly recommend United

This company is great and had just what I wanted. I have a brand new garage door, safe and insulated. They installed all new electronics and safety equipment. It took longer to get the door due to Covid and delivery from manufacturer, which they told me about. Once the door was sent to them, it was installed in a week. No fuss no muss, all clean. The installer was terrific. And all for a price lower than the big box stores. They never followed through and I was told to try United Overhead. I should have gone to

Had a great experience with Marco and the rest of the crew at United Overhead Door. For our initial visit, Marco arrived promptly and prepared. We discussed the various options, but because I wanted to think it over, Marco happily left me with materials and let me decide in my own time...no pressure. In the final selection process, Marco patiently answered my questions and provided me with multiple renderings until I got what I wanted. The installation crew was great too. I bid out a completely new garage door for my apartment house in Yonkers, 8 years ago and United won the bid. Their price was fair, the workman arrived on time, installed the door, electric lift, infrared safety device, and two remotes. The door has worked flawlessly without the need for maintenance and repair and still looks new. I would use them again.

Great job fixing my broken garage door (spring had snapped). I called United Door and the repairman came the next day, on time. He not only replaced the broken spring, but also checked out other parts that were getting worn out and might fail, and replaced them as well. After the garage door was fixed, he then checked it over thoroughly, oiled and lubed it, and even tightened all of the bolts. Garage door now works great - better than it has in years! Highly recommended.

I had two garage doors and motors installed by this company about 10 years ago. I was in recent need of a repair. I'm happy to say the service was just as exceptional as the first time. After having some bad experiences in dealing with service companies - I have become extremely skeptical of who I give my business to. This company has been in business for years and I was beyond satisfied with their customer service, quick turn around time, and quality of their work. Highly recommend them and will be using them again should the need arise.

These guys do nice work! We had to replace the rubber on the bottom of our garage door and after checking around we called up United.
They came in with a very fair quote and got the job done in no time at all. Their technician arrived a bit outside of the time frame we were originally told, but their office staff called up to let us know in advance so it wasn't an issue.
Very pleased with this company.
