Michael Ladner, Inc.-General Contracting Services is a full service, licensed and insured, General Contracting Company located on the island of Kauai. I have been licensed in the State of Hawaii since 1994 and have been doing business as PAHIO Construction, Inc.
Our many projects include The Bali Hai Villas Resort (257 Units/Clubhouse & Amenities), The Shearwater Resort (32 Units/Clubhouse & Amenities), The Kauai Beach Villas (remodeling of 105 Units and space for Sales, Marketing and Spa), The Walters Estate, The Spizzirri Residence and The Hawkins Residence (remodel), The Peterson Residence (remodel) and the Higgins/Stalker Residence (remodel).
We have also worked with Wilcox Memorial Hospital doing various projects including a new Chemotherapy Infusion Ward, remodel of one of the eight studio apartments on property and assorted other projects that we are qualified to do.I look forward to continuing my General Contracting career in the islands and offer our services to you should you need them.
