UPDATED 9/12/2020: This company owes me $1,000.00 and has not paid me back since NOVEMBER 2019!!! BEWARE.
They spent the money and never did the work on my yard and I was a repeat customer that gave them glowing reviews. COVID is not excuse for this. The work should have been completed before we had COVID.

Landscape Restorations was doing some sod replacement at my next door neighbors, so I decided to use them at my home. My neighbor's new grass was the best work I had seen.
I got a quote (see photos) on a large pool patio made with pavers. When the job was started I added replacing all the grass around the pool (see photo), and grass in my front yard. This was a significant amount of work that took about 2 weeks.
Chris's (owner) showed up every morning at 8:00am and even on some Saturday's. The crew was nice, dressed appropriately, never used fowl language, and even did some extra free work!

We have never had a conversation with Chris that he didn't later "mis-remember" to his financial benefit. When we contracted to have out planter box out front, he left a dirt slope, and then claim he didn't know we wanted stone, that would cost more of course. Very upset to see he posted pics of our property without asking, as we are not happy with his work, though apparently he is. Our backyard, done at the same time was a disaster. They dug and laid a drainpipe. Replaced the soil and sod, all the while harping that his work was guaranteed. The sod did not root, the soil washed out again because

Please provide some kind of pictures, drawings or something that shows exactly what you are wanting installed. A flowerbed with stone border is completely different from a raised planter. So if you don’t know how to explain exactly what you are wanting. There’s a huge chance that we might not give you exactly what you want. Also please look at my photos and read all of my reviews before you allow one unhappy person to spoil your feelings about us. I promise you

I have hired Landscape Restoration twice now. My experience has been excellent and they are now my go-to company for landscaping projects. They are responsive to my questions/ concerns and with their help, I now have grass growing in areas of my yard that I thought were doomed to be nothing but dirt.

A very unprofessional business. The day of my appointment I did not see or hear from Chris for an hour and a half, so I reached out and he said he wasn't able to make it because he was "backed up." Not only did he not let me know before hand that he wasn't coming, but he said not to stress he was just "rolling with it." Don't waste your time with a business that just "rolls with it" when you have a specific day you need something done.

I called Landscape Restoration and was surprised to recive a call back the same day. Within the week, Chris was at my property to inform me what he would do to give me the yard I was looking for. A date was set and in 3 days my yard was transformed into what I'd hoped for and then some. I've followed Chris's instructions in watering. It's been two weeks and I still can't belive it when I look out. A very greatful customer in Navy Point.
