Michael brings a tremendous amount of expertise to our group from the experience he has gained over the years since graduating in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Architecture from The University of Kentucky.

First, they are very nice folks to work with. However, I had them do drainage work at my four-plex apartment building as i was having water intrusion in one of he apartments. They did a lot of work, putting in drain lines, etc. and I made the floor and wall repairs to the apartment the water had caused. Next big rain and again we had water in the apartment. They came back and did some more work. I repaired the floor again, and next big rain, and again water in the apartment. We recently used the Wallace Company to install an irrigation system at our home. The process, from start to finish, was professional and expertly installed. We were impressed with the knowledge of the installation team: John, Nick & Cody. They worked quickly and made adjustments as needed. We had worried that our lawn would be an eyesore after the install; so we were particularly impressed with the attention they gave to putting our lawn back together so that it looked great. The Wallace company did an amazing job with a complete re-landscape job including hardscape and all new plants. Mike came up with a wonderful plan and Matt did a nice job with the logistics. They worked in a professional and timely manner, and most of our concerns were handled very quickly. We did have some issues related to communication between their own personnel, which resulted in a couple of mistakes. However those were corrected without any hassle. Now we love being outside in our yard again, and are enjoying all the wonderful comments from our neighbors.

Pat Baril in his associates have been helping me take care of my well, gardening, watering system, for over 6 years. And to tell the truth, I'm retired and gardening is about all the fun that I'm having nowadays. They are true professionals and strive to do the best job possible and very reasonable prices. We were looking for a better look to upgrade our landscaping Pat came out did an assessment and recommended a lighting design that would fit our home. The work was done promptly and perfectly. We could not have asked for a better design.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The do incredible work at a very fair price and more importantly they always stand behind it. My technician is Pat Baril. It is extremely rare these days to find an individual who truly cares about his business and clients but Pat Baril does. He is to be commended and given a raise IMMEDIATELY. I have nothing but great things to say about Matt from the Wallace company. He is by far the best contractor we have ever worked with(across all fields). Matt went out of his way to help us find a solution for an issue in the backyard of a house that we were POTENTIALLY going to buy. He went to the home numerous times and worked out multiple quotes for different options for us to choose from. He responded quickly with any questions/concerns, and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. We highly recommended this company, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.
