Lock City Locksmith was our savior this year! Opening an office in the midst of a pandemic was a mountain of a climb, especially when you're on opposite coasts. Lee and his team made it so easy! They were quick to respond with a quote after looking at what was needed and new how important it was to do the job quickly to get our employees into the office. I needed my backyard exterior door replaced with a new door and the addition of a storm door since, when it was originally installed, there was no storm door, so it was either open for air, with all creatures great & small having access, or shut, and I needed ventilation, as the room has become my office since I've been working from home. Chad & crew showed up right on time, did the job right and took care of the cleanup thoroughly. It took them a while to properly seat the doors in place, as the original opening was horribly constructed in the first place. But they took the time to get it right

€‹I found this company through Homeadvisor.com. Lee contacted me and quickly sent out a guy to do an estimate for a custom sliding door. I already had drawings and a parts list from a previous contractor that did a lot of work in my apt but was unable to complete the door. The quote of $3K that was given to me was more than I was willing to pay so I continued to look for another carpenter.

These guys are great. I called Lock City and spoke to Lee. I needed locks changed in my house. One of his techs came and did the entire job in under two hours. The tech was professional and courteous. I had gotten another quote and Lee beat it no problem. He was very eager to make me happy, which he did. It was not a simple job but they made the process really easy. I had such a good experience that I know I'll use them again and won't consider anyone else. I highly recommend using Lock City.
