Rancho Pool Service specializes in top quality pool, spa, and water feature service and maintenance. We are the South Bay's largest and most reputable pool service company, with over 35 years of experience and more than 800 commercial and residential pools serviced each week. We are licensed and insured and do not use subcontractors like many of our competitors.
Rancho Pool Service offers remodeling and repair of pools, spas, and water features as well as equipment repair and installation. From a small plumbing leak to a complete remodel, we can take care of anything you may need. We are an authorized warranty station for all major manufacturers and are licensed by the L.A. County Health Department.
We just had a new variable speed pump installed - although pricey we love it, very quiet. And I cannot say enough about Sam who did a fantastic job on the installation and communication with us. Very responsive and thorough. Those of you who had a bad experience in prior years should give them another try, they are very good!

I am so grateful for the exceptional service Anthony and Ernesto give us. The weekly service is amazing. Our pool always looks Incredible. Where they go above and beyond is anytime there's an issue, they immediately respond and jump in to help- even on the weekends. I HIGHLY recommend this company and service. Rancho Pool service Is been messing with my schedule all the time since I moved To his house. Most of the time I have to call them so they can clean the pool they're supposed to come yesterday and nobody shows i'm tired of this company so I'm calling somebody else.

We have been using Rancho Pool Service for a number of years, and there is a reason .. They do EXCELLENT work ! From serving our pool to repairs, tile work and new beautiful pebble tec finish, new heater, new valves.. you name it we have had them do it .. Our pool is old ( 1980 ) and a piece at a time we have had Rancho replace or repair.. estimates are always fair, the technicians / workers are clean & nice and everyone from our weekly pool tech to the people in the office are professional and easy to talk to. A special shout-out to Anthony who is the Operations Supervisor, he is very hands

Best pool service in the South Bay! I have a small pool in my yard and I get it serviced about once a month and I've had some tile work done to it as well and Anthony P the supervisor is always responsive to my calls he becomes available when needed and that's truly appreciated especially in this competitive type of business where customer service is everything! There have been a few times I had concerns about my service and he's always been polite and informative.

Extremely unprofessional response from the pool company below. See for yourselves folks! they seem to have it all wrong but why keep churning things even further?
I say those that want to still hire these folks...go for it and hopefully you won't have the same horrid experience that we did. Very very happy we cancelled the account, the comment below only validated it.

Rancho Pool has been so attentive to our pool needs over the last six months. We had a discoloration problem due to the water chemistry which happens when the pH gets too low and reacts to the copper in the heater, plus our acid levels were too high. Rancho took full responsibility of the situation and treated the pool with a bleaching treatment for the chemical fallout. They came out several times over a time period to monitor the bleaching treatment. It was a long process but the care and efficient manner in which Rancho Pool cared for the situation was very much appreciated. A big thank

We switched from another pool service because of lack of 'service' and prompt response from the other company. Rancho's service has gone down noticeably in the last few months. Consistency is not there in service or the scheduled time they should be at the house (we have two large dogs-and I need to know when they are here so I can put them in the house). I know there were one or two service people who may have left--but they should be able to maintain the level of service and not let the customer (me!) have to call them over and over "where is the person"? It's hard

Did not do a good job maintaining my pool, on several occasions the water turned green. I complained several times it took a few days for them to come out. They added fees to the bill without even asking if I needed the service. I would not recommend them. When I spoke to Jeff about his service he was rude and unprofessional. When I canceled my service they stated we will not give ur key back until you pay your bill and of course my Bill had several extra fees for items supposedly needed.. The pool was new so it was just scam to charge more.

Rancho pool service does a great job. Whenever there's something wrong Judy or other members will call me and notify me. Also, I once had a concern about my bill and she highlighted and printed out exactly how they calculated and sent bills date to date. Very organized. I was working outside with the cable guy and 50 dollars fell out of my pocket unknowingly, which I was supposed to pay the guy with that money. (I usually don't carry money like that in my pocket). I couldn't find it that night so next morning I asked my pool man if he sees the money to give me a heads up, he immediately

Great service and overall terrific company. The owners are very honest and responsible people. It can be hard to find trustworthy people that take pride in their work these days. These guys are great! I have a hot tub and they come to clean/service it once a week. Friendly professional and a very fair price if you ask me. When I was looking for a a company to service my hot tub I called around and they were the most reasonable. Any time I have a question/concern they are very friendly on the phone and absolutely happy to help! I would recommend them to anyone!
