My husband and I are extremely pleased with Complete Comfort Home Services. Our old AC stopped working and they were able to come to our house quickly to figure out what was wrong. Based on the age of our AC we decided to have a new unit installed with new duct work. They scheduled us quickly and explained the process very well. The day of installation went very smoothly and we were continually impressed with their professionalism and skill level. I was very impressed with the quick response I got during the summer heat. The office staff was very friendly and understanding. The technician Drew was very polite and energetic even with 115 degree temperatures. He was very methodical with his repair and respectful of our property. The office followed up on the work. Drew notified me before his arrival. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He was here for a AC check up to insure my system operates well during the hot summer. He took pictures of everything he was doing and sent a report once done. I saw this family owned business on the news one morning and had a good feeling about them. I would highly recommend this company for honesty, being very reasonable, reliability and professional service!

I met Conrad a couple of years ago when my AC went out at 4 PM on a Friday afternoon. I had my grandson for the weekend so the prospects seemed bleak. Conrad was able to find the issue and repair it with no major issues. One of his technicians, Drew, came out to do a regular maintenance check. He explained in detail what he was doing before he started. No issues with me watching him work or asking questions. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. We’ve used Comfort Air to install new a/c units in our home a few years ago. They were priced good and did an awesome job. But with huge trees lost in our yard, Conrad came up with a great solution for our home’s hotspots and cold spots and installed a couple of Eco Bee thermostats in under 30 minutes!
