Just redid our bathroom and purchased tile-grout from A-3. Phil great help in working us through the options and remained patient and helpful as we took sometime and several trips to see him - as our ideas changed and rechanged. Finally made decision that we love. Couldn't have made as good a choice without Phil's help. Later on we needed extra tiles and once again Phil help order in the most cost effective manner.

I went to 7 tile places in total looking for the perfect tiles for our bathrooms. We were greeted by Juan, and he helped us narrow down the options pretty quickly with a description of what I was looking for. We were looking for 3 different bathroom tiles for showers + a floor that we loved. We found them ALL HERE. One stop shop. It was fantastic.

A3 Tile is great! I called over the phone to see if they have a specific tile I used 5-6 years ago which I bought from a different place. I don't have tile name or brand, but Phil went out of his way to lookup where this tile is from. I emailed him a picture of tile and he got back to me the next day with information. At the end, I bought the tiles I'm looking for from them!

Cannot imagine a better tile shopping experience. We told Phil that we were looking for tile to work with our original 1941 terracotta tile and he showed us several different options explaining the pros and cons of each. Phil was amazing! I had a difficult tile that I was having trouble finding. To make things worse, I did not have a sample of the tile, only a photo. I reached out to A3 Tile and although they didn't carry the tile I needed, they were able to identify the tile. Phil reached out to me a few days later and told me that he found the tile for me and gave me the name of the store where I could find it. I can't thank them enough for all their help and above bar customer service. I will definitely keep A3 Tile in mind for any of my future projects. Thanks again Phil!

What a huge waste of my time and energy. This store is very small, crowded, messy and disorganized. I was interested in looking at their quartz countertop materials but they don't have many options and then have some of their samples mixed in with the granite samples. Very poorly run with salespeople who are not very helpful.

All I can say about A3 Tile is "do not waste your time."

Very welcoming people and a lot of choices with very competitive pricing. It carries more varieties than I had thought for the size of the store. The lady and the gentleman there are always helpful. I had called once to check the availability of one specific tile design, the lady had checking for me seriously. Several visits already and consistent nice customer service. I will buy tile here for sure.
